ChoicerVoicer.games is an independent fan-made companion site. This Privacy Policy explains how the site may process information when you visit our pages, sign in, purchase or use credits, or use the native browser Dub Stage.
When you sign in with Google, we process the account information Google makes available to us, such as your name, email address and profile image. We also process account identifiers, credit balances, credit transactions, purchase status and limited order information needed to provide paid features. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake; we do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. When you create or upload a video project, we may process the project files and related metadata needed to save, render and deliver the result. The optional share-link feature accepts a rendered video only after you deliberately publish or share it. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, timestamps and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
We use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve reliability and content. These technologies may process page views, session statistics, referral information, approximate location, browser and device information, clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, page changes and identifiers used to distinguish sessions. They may also produce aggregate reports, heatmaps or session recordings. Sensitive page content is masked where supported. Game analytics may report actions such as starting a pack, recording a line or completing a render, but do not include microphone audio.
The browser Dub Stage is an independently implemented part of this site. The hosting and security provider receives network information needed to deliver the page and its video, image and reference-audio files.
The game asks for microphone permission only after you press Record. Recording, waveform comparison, scoring, preview and video rendering run in the current browser tab. Individual microphone takes are not stored separately, and reloading the page clears in-memory takes. When you are signed in, the finished free low-resolution watermarked video and a paired locked source-quality watermark-free MP4 may be uploaded to private account storage. If sign-in or the upload is interrupted, browser-only recovery copies may remain on the same device for up to 24 hours and retry after sign-in. A public object is created only when you deliberately choose a share action. Grant microphone access only if you are comfortable using it, and revoke permission in your browser settings at any time.
Advertising is not required to use the site. Advertising partners may process IP address, browser and device information, ad impressions, clicks, referral information, cookies, pixels or similar identifiers to deliver, secure, measure and, where permitted, personalize advertising.
The advertising scripts load only on the production site; local development and preview sessions do not request ads. You can restrict cookies and tracking through browser or device controls. Where legally required, additional consent or opt-out controls may be needed before personalized advertising is used.
We may use technical and account information to deliver pages, authenticate users, administer credits and purchases, provide saved projects and downloads, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, measure aggregate performance and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell the downloadable full game or intentionally build profiles from microphone recordings.
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting and security, analytics and advertising as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a legitimate business transfer. We do not claim control over the independent privacy practices of advertising partners or external links.
Retention periods depend on the services and settings in use. Private account videos are retained for up to 90 days. Interrupted browser recovery copies expire after up to 24 hours. Public videos created with a share action are scheduled for automatic deletion seven days after upload. Copies downloaded, reposted or cached by other people or services are outside our control. We keep other site-controlled information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and update this policy when processing or retention settings materially change.
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a site-controlled feature, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. A parent or guardian should review the game and browser permission prompt before allowing microphone access.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know how we use your personal data, access a copy of it, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, receive eligible data in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
You can review and update available account information from Profile settings, review your credit balance and transactions from Credits, and delete your account from Security settings. If you cannot access your account, or if the requested information or correction is not available through those pages, email support@choicervoicer.games from the email address associated with your account. State whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, account closure, restriction, objection or portability, and include enough information for us to verify the request without sending passwords or complete payment-card details.
We will acknowledge and respond to a verified request within 30 calendar days, unless applicable law permits an extension. We may ask for reasonable identity verification and may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Account deletion does not remove copies that other people downloaded or reposted before deletion. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may contact your local data-protection authority.
You may block or delete cookies through your browser, use browser or network controls to block analytics and advertising requests, adjust available privacy or advertising settings, revoke microphone permission, or decline to use the browser game. Blocking technologies may affect analytics, advertising or game functionality.
Links to external creator or reference sites take you away from ChoicerVoicer.games. Their privacy policies apply to their services.
We may update this policy when providers or site features change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
