ChoicerVoicer.games develops and operates a browser dubbing game and creator tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we process information when you visit the site, play the game, create an account, purchase or use credits, upload a video, generate an export or create a share link. ChoicerVoicer.games determines how and why site-controlled personal information is processed. Privacy questions may be sent to support@choicervoicer.games.
When you sign in through an authentication provider, we process the account information made available to us, such as your name, email address and profile image. We also process account identifiers, credit balances, credit transactions, purchase status and limited order information needed to provide paid features. Our payment provider processes payment credentials; we do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. When you create or upload a video project, we may process the project files and related metadata needed to save, render and deliver the result. The optional share-link feature accepts a rendered video only after you deliberately publish or share it. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, timestamps and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
For public multiplayer rooms, the lobby publishes only a masked version of the host or submitted applicant's account name, a generated initial avatar and a unique room number; it does not publish the authentication-provider profile image, full account name, email address or user ID. The host's confirmed sample is public in the lobby, while applicant auditions remain private to the host. The public card follows the room's 72-hour lifetime, including a completed room's remaining lifetime.
We use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve reliability and content. These technologies may process page views, session statistics, referral information, approximate location, browser and device information, clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, page changes and identifiers used to distinguish sessions. They may also produce aggregate reports, heatmaps or session recordings. Sensitive page content is masked where supported. Game analytics may report actions such as starting a pack, recording a line or completing a render, but do not include microphone audio.
The Dub Stage is part of the game operated by ChoicerVoicer.games. Our hosting and security providers receive the network information needed to deliver the page and its video, image and reference-audio files.
The game asks for microphone permission only after you press Record. Recording, waveform comparison, scoring, preview and compatible free-video creation run in the current browser tab. In that compatible browser flow, individual microphone takes remain in the tab, are not uploaded separately and are cleared when the page reloads. If you are not signed in, the completed free watermarked video stays on your device for immediate download and is not uploaded to account storage.
If your browser cannot create the MP4 on your device, you must sign in before the service privately uploads the recorded takes and timing information needed to create and deliver the result. A signed-in free result and the inputs required to create it may be retained privately for up to 24 hours after the result finishes generating. A paid watermark-free result and its required inputs may be retained for up to 30 days after the result becomes available. An uploaded-video project may be retained for up to 30 days after the project is created. Browser-only recovery copies for an interrupted save may remain on the same device for up to 24 hours.
Videos saved to an account are access-controlled to that account and are not made available to other users. A public copy is created only when you deliberately choose a share action. Authorized service providers and personnel may process limited information when necessary to operate, secure or support the service, or when required by law. We do not publish, sell or license private microphone recordings for use on other websites.
Advertising is not required to use the site. Advertising partners may process IP address, browser and device information, ad impressions, clicks, referral information, cookies, pixels or similar identifiers to deliver, secure, measure and, where permitted, personalize advertising.
Google is a third-party advertising vendor on eligible public content pages. Google and its partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, collect IP addresses or use other identifiers to serve, limit, secure and measure ads. Google may use advertising cookies to show personalized ads based on a visitor's activity on ChoicerVoicer.games and other websites. Learn how Google uses data from partner sites at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
The advertising scripts load only on eligible pages on the production site; local development and preview sessions do not request ads. Where required, Google's consent message provides choices before optional advertising technologies are used. You can change personalized-ad settings in Google My Ad Center, opt out of some participating third-party vendors through YourAdChoices, or block and delete cookies through your browser or device controls. Withdrawing or refusing consent does not prevent access to the site's core content, although some preferences, analytics or advertising features may be limited.
We use account, project and transaction information to provide the service you request, authenticate users, administer credits and purchases, save projects and deliver downloads. Where applicable, this processing is necessary to perform our contract with you. We use technical and security information to prevent abuse, protect accounts, diagnose failures and improve reliability based on our legitimate interests in operating a secure and effective service. After an incomplete checkout, we may use the associated email address to send a limited payment-reminder offer, record whether it was accepted, delivered, opened, clicked or resulted in payment, and prevent repeat sending after an opt-out. We process information when needed to comply with legal obligations. Where applicable law requires consent for optional analytics, advertising or similar technologies, we rely on that consent and allow it to be withdrawn.
Information may be processed on our behalf by service providers that support authentication, hosting and security, storage and video processing, payments, customer support, email delivery, analytics and advertising. These providers may process information only for the relevant service or under their own disclosed legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a legitimate business transfer. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Retention periods depend on the service used. Signed-in free results and any uploaded inputs required to create them are retained for up to 24 hours after the result finishes generating. Paid watermark-free results and their required inputs are retained for up to 30 days after the result becomes available. Uploaded-video projects are retained for up to 30 days after project creation. Interrupted browser recovery copies expire after up to 24 hours. Public videos created with a share action are scheduled for automatic deletion seven days after upload. Copies downloaded, reposted or cached by other people or services are outside our control. We keep other site-controlled information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and update this policy when processing or retention settings materially change.
We use access controls and other technical and organizational measures intended to protect account information and private media from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you believe your account or saved media has been accessed without authorization.
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a site-controlled feature, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. A parent or guardian should review the game and browser permission prompt before allowing microphone access.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know how we use your personal data, access a copy of it, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, receive eligible data in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
You can review and update available account information from Profile settings, review your credit balance and transactions from Credits, and delete your account from Security settings. If you cannot access your account, or if the requested information or correction is not available through those pages, email support@choicervoicer.games from the email address associated with your account. State whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, account closure, restriction, objection or portability, and include enough information for us to verify the request without sending passwords or complete payment-card details.
We will acknowledge and respond to a verified request within 30 calendar days, unless applicable law permits an extension. We may ask for reasonable identity verification and may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Account deletion does not remove copies that other people downloaded or reposted before deletion. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may contact your local data-protection authority.
Registering an account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email. Each payment-reminder offer includes a public unsubscribe link. Opting out stops future promotional and payment-reminder messages but does not stop necessary account, security, receipt or service messages. We retain a local suppression record so that choice remains effective if the email provider is temporarily unavailable. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser, use browser or network controls to block analytics and advertising requests, adjust available privacy or advertising settings, revoke microphone permission, or decline to use the browser game. Blocking technologies may affect analytics, advertising or game functionality.
